Golden Hour in the Allegheny Mountains at Deep Creek Lake
Deep Creek Lake is the largest lake in the state of Maryland and is close to 4,000 acres in size. The lake is surrounded by the Allegheny Mountains so there are plenty of vantage points to view its expansive waters.

One morning while looking for photos in the fog, I saw a rescue boat scurrying around the lake. The fog does not discourage the fisherman and boaters. If anything, during these conditions, the fishing is even better, according to the Web site Stripersonline.com.
