Toliver Falls is the smallest featured waterfall at Swallow Falls State Park in Western Maryland but in my opinion it is the most photogenic of the three major falls in the park. Western Maryland has some beautiful landscapes to photograph but this park is the best.  These photos were taken during a visit last month. (please see second photo below)

Toliver Falls is surrounded by several great vantage points and framing opportunities to make some nice images. Best time to visit : late afternoon when the sun is going down behind the falls. The weekends and holidays are very busy at this park try visiting midweek for some more relaxed photo opportunities. The park is about a two hour drive from Pittsburgh and is about a 2-3 hour drive from Baltimoreand from the D.C Area.
Thanks for stopping by my blog, have a great day, Rob
