What a beauty! I’m trying to entice them to my yard with yummy food in the feeders, but no luck so far. Keeping my fingers crossed though as I’ve seen them in the neighborhood and on the power wires that traverse my yard. Wish me luck!

thank you and best of luck.
I will tell you what can help tremendously is if your neighbors have feeders too. Once the birds know there are regular nearby feeding locations in abundance, they are a lot more likely to stick around. I try to wait until the birds are perched on a nearby tree branch (eying the feeder) before I start firing off my camera.
