Another of Your Favorite Photos

Thank you to everyone who voted in the April 13 photos of the week survey. This is catch up week for me and so here is the winner of the 4/13 poll.

The odds of a flower photo winning the poll that week were high as five of the six photos up for discussion were of the botanical nature. I love spring thanks to the explosion of color that the blooming flowers provide.

Most of my flower work is shot with a 60mm macro lens. When you explore the inside of a flower with your camera it is like entering a new world. By focusing on small details you can present a flower in ways people usually won’t see them.
