Today is the final day of the ninth annual SavageMan Triathlon at Deep Creek Lake in Maryland. This photo was taken a year ago at the 2014 SavageMan Triathlon during the Westernport Wall section of the race. (please see more photos and text below)

It is a long way down

Climbing the wall while cycling is the most challenging portion of the race. It creates great drama and is a true display of intestinal fortitude. If you are in the Deep Creek Area and are interested in attending the race this morning, please check out the race’s Web page @ 2015 SavageMan
