I shot this photo at the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge in South Carolina. (please see more text below)

Yes, Savannah is in Georgia but the refuge actually stretches over both Georgia and South Carolina.
This image of an American Egret was taken late one afternoon on the South Carolina section of the refuge which is an easy drive across the bridge from downtown Savannah.
