Earlier this week I received a copy of the 2014 Town of Vienna calendar. Not something I usually get as I do not live in Vienna, but this year a photo I shot was on the cover. It was my first calendar cover. (please see more text and photos of Vienna)
Interested in living “small?” Please be sure to check out my post from last week on “Hobbitats.”
In addition to the cover, I also am Mr. November, well, a photo I shot of a statute and flag out side of an antique store on Maple Avenue in Vienna is featured for that month of the calendar.
The building shown in the cover shot is the Freeman House and Store.
Vienna is a friendly town in the D.C. suburb of Fairfax County, sandwiched between Tysons Corner and Fairfax. Money Magazine ranked the Town of Vienna as third in their 2013 list of “Best Places to Live.” Above and below are shots of the Vienna Presbyterian Church on historic Church Street in Vienna.
Thanks so much for dropping by my blog today, Rob
