More of a Colorful Fall in Virginia

cable ones NAT_9640These photos were taken at a park in Virginia as the late October fall foliage show was held over into early November. (see below for more text and an additional photo)

The top photo is of two fallen trees intertwined over a small creek. Below is a tableau of autumn leaves. The colors are finally starting to fade in the D.C. area though this season will be remembered as one of the more vibrant ones for leaf peepers. Look for some more autumn photos later this week.

    1. I agree Eric. Its amazing what a difference a couple of days makes, a lot of the leaves in Virginia up a few days ago are now being sucked up by my lawnmower!
