Major Deals in the Minor Leagues in Woodbridge, Va., at a Potomac Nationals game

Several weeks ago we planned to go to a Potomac Nationals game being played in Woodbridge this past weekend. Little did we know that at the game we were going to, not one, but two Washington Nationals would be playing on rehab stints, Jayson Werth and Trey Turner. The Potomac Nationals’ stadium is a convenient place for the Nats  players to rehab so it is not unusual  to see the stars like Werth and Turner  play there before returning to Nationals Stadium.   (Please see more photos below)

It is quite a juxtaposition to see big stars like Werth and Turner playing in the minors, albeit on a rehab assignment, but the stadium was packed and both players played the entire first game of a double header. Below are some more photos of the two during the game. Technical note : for this trip I did not take a camera bag or  heavy duty equipment. These photos were all taken with a  Nikon Coolpix S9900, from the vantage point shown in the panorama photo above.
