I love visiting botanical gardens (and that are so many good ones in the D.C. Area) but it is always a thrill to have the opportunity to photograph beautiful flowers in your own yard. (please see more below)

I photographed this Calla Lily yesterday morning. Below is a different view of the same flower in black and white.
