A few years ago I was driving past a building in the Fairfax County Government Center Complex when I noticed these puffy white clouds that looked almost like they had been painted on the glass windows of the building. (please see second photo below)

I thought it made for quite a eye catching pictorial. The second photo was enhanced with a painting texture in Photoshop. The top photo was out of camera outside of some minor cropping.
