Two Years Ago on ISBAA : Bridge in Progress

I shot this photo in Grantsville,Md., during the Casselman Bridge birthday party.

A group of artists were having having a paint off of sorts painting pictures of the bridge. It began to rain and the event had to be moved under cover.
