Owl Eyes in Ponce Inlet, Florida

This is another photo I shot during   Birdfest at the Marine Science Center in Ponce Inlet, Florida. (please see more text and second photo below)

This owl is one of the rescue birds at the center. These photos were taken during a talk about owls at Birdfest with a 100 or so people looking on.

I enjoy the challenge in these types of situations to isolate the bird so you really cannot tell this is taking place with a large crowd nearby.
The second photo meets the goal better than the first, though I like the first photo as the blond hair of the naturalist giving the talk served as a nice backdrop.
