A Year Ago Today on ISBAA : Waiting in the Wings for a Feeder

This blog went daily a little over a year ago and I have been fortunate to have a lot of new followers come along for the ride since. I have recently began reposting popular photos I placed on this blog a year ago. This post ran a year ago today. Happy November!

I guess you could say I broke the rules again.

Typically there should be three birds in this photo to avoid the even numbered dilemma of having two objects playing off each other.

But alas, these were the only two American Goldfinches waiting on a tree above some bird feeders. I thougt it was a fun shot.

Below is a similar photo I took of a Chickadee waiting in the wings to belly up to a feeder.

Always be sure to keep an eye on what is going on above your bird feeder as well as the feeder itself.
