A Last Glimpse of a Hummingbird before it flies South
Photo by Rob Paine Copyright 2014
You always know that fall is in full gear when the hummingbirds have left on their journey south. This photo was taken near a feeder a few days before they left on their big trip.
Thanks so much for dropping by today, and Happy Halloween. Rob
Those feet! lol Very cute pic! Here in California we have Anna’s Hummingbirds all year round. In the springtime I’m going to put up a feeder to try and get some shots.
we are! If I put a feeder out now, we’d have birds feeding within a day or so and all through the winter. I just don’t want to go out there in the cold though lol. I’ll wait till spring. haha
Superb!
