There are several restaurants/bars around Deep Creek Lake from which you can enjoy a great view of the lake. Many of these establishments including The Honi Honi, The Boardwalk (shown above) and the Harbor Bar at Dutch’s at Silver Tree, not only directly overlook the lake but also include nearby boat docks and feature live outdoor entertainment. The photo above was taken during the 2016 Garrett Birdfest event held at the aviary during which staff displayed several of the aviary’s birds in the park for photographers.
