Earlier this week our area (along with a good portion of the East Coast was struck by a later winter storm. (Please see more text and photos below)

Prior to the snow and ice, thanks to quick thinking by my wife several daffodils in our back yard that had bloomed a few days earlier were rescued including this one which I photographed. Hopefully, things will warm up soon!
