I shot this photo at the Port of Baltimore (MD) during my first visit to Fort McHenry, a historical site which is the birthplace of the United States national anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner.”

The fort is a cool place to shoot, but as often is the case, I ended up focusing on something outside of the place I travelled to see. In this case,that distraction was the maritime traffic next to the park.

This scene really caught my eye : a little tiny sail boat traveling along side this gigantic container ship. I was wondering, what would have it been like to be in the sailboat at that moment in time?
