I see a lot of colors and hues in my travels around the Mid Atlantic region of the U.S. Whether it is an umbrella on a rainy day in Grantsville, MD, above, there is always color to be found. (please see below for additional photos and text)
While on a commercial shoot in Fredericksburg, Va., I was drawn to this colorful window display in a downtown shop.
This photo was taken in Loudon County, Va., where a small group of flowers added some brightness to an otherwise dreary weathered house.
